To all participants for the 24hour fast this Sat:
Registration starts from 145pm outside the chapel of Church of the Holy Spirit.

What to Bring:
1. $20 (for the contribution to foreign worker's ration and break fast meal)
2. Sleeping bag (if you wish to as mattresses/beds no provided)
3. Pen/notebook (if you wish)
4, Water bottle! :) (if u wish)
5. Toothbrush/ toothpaste (to smell good for Sunday)
6. 1 change of clothes for Sunday Mass
Pls note: as this is a 24hour fast where you will be fasting and sacrificing creature comforts, there's no shower available.

Is this not the fast I have chosen:
to loose the bonds of wickedness,
to undo the heavy burdens
to let the oppressed free
and that you break every yoke?

Is it not to share your bread with the hungry,
and that you bring to your house
the poor who are cast out;
when you see the naked, that you
cover him,
and not hide yourself from your
own flesh?

Then your light shall break forth
like the morning
your healing shall spring forth speedily,
and your righteousness shall go
before you;
